We experienced truly magical holidays here! Nowhere else have we ever felt such warmth and genuine kindness. Every single member of the hotel staff was always smiling, attentive, and radiated positivity. We enjoyed a wonderful professional massage, and the hairdresser’s services were of the highest quality. Let me start with this - I'm very demanding and hard to be pleased guest. I'm giving 10's reviews very rare but this hotel leaves me no choice for anything less. Where can I start? From the moment we exit the airport a nice guy welcome us , take our suites immediately and forward us to their luxury mercedes van. /It's a complimentary both ways airport shuttle!!/ Literally no more than 10 minutes we travelled to the hotel. Meanwhile the driver gave us tips for exploring the island and stories about Mykonos. We reach the hotel and the whole staff welcome us with huge smiles and super friendly hospitality combined with nice welcome drinks. While check in process at the reception again super smile lady gives as a suggestion for a nice beaches and restaurants. We booked entry level room and it was more than enough good to us. With a nice panorama view, great furniture, fresh and light enough. We needed a quad bike for easy connection on the island and the reception once again arrange it so smooth and efficiency (a guy come and pick us and take to their office to choose whatever we like quad bike or scooter). But the first day when we didn't get yet the quad bike, we went to the beach walking and we were tired enough to go back late after so we decide to call reception and they sent us their luxury van to get us from the beach back to the hotel free (which we appreciated much) as the streets are too steep to walk. Whenever we went at the pool the staff there was always above and beyond kind and smilling. Huge respect for these boys there! The reason why I booked this hotel while there was so many choices was the all reviews and awards for hospitality that Palladium got and believe me when you go there you see why! I really enjoyed my vacation in Mykonos but the hotel itself played huge role for it. Thank you again Palladium Hotel. Please don't change!

    Everything was absolutely amazing. All of the staff especially George the owner made our stay so special. He gave us a complimentary upgrade of our room which was a great plus. All of our transfers were sorted through them which made it very easy and convenient for us. The bus stop to Mykonos town is right outside and comes very frequently. The beach and some shops are around a 5 mins walk. Perfect location and a perfect hotel. The breakfast was unbelievable. Such amazing value for money.

    The infinity pool up the top was breath taking. Stunning views and amazing food. The middle swim up bar in front of our accommodation was also nice with Dina serving drinks, she made our stay fantastic.

    We stayed at Paradise beach for the partying and close proximity to three big clubs so that we could easily walk to the locations without transport. The saltwater pool that lit up at night and its beachfront view was my most favourite thing about New Paradise Resort. The view was just impeccable and made their great breakfast buffet spread a delight to stare out to the crystal clear beach waters.

    I had an outstanding experience at this accommodation. The staff was incredibly attentive and kind throughout our stay. They provided free transportation to both the airport and the port, which was a huge convenience for us. Additionally, the stay included a very good breakfast. The service was impeccable and made our stay extremely enjoyable. Highly recommended!

    My wife and I booked a beach view room with jacuzzi and it was wonderful, exceeding our expectations. We stayed in Athens, Santorini, Paros and Mykonos and the Tropicana accommodations and staff in Mykonos was the BEST. The personable staff and wonderful resort made our stay most memorable.
