The minute we got to the hotel, we felt welcomed. Both hosts were extremely friendly and ready to assist with everything. Our room with own pool was out of this world, it was the most beautiful hotel we have ever visited. There were plenty of other hotels that were priced even higher, but I bet they are not as good. Also, the breakfast was delicious with many options. Even the drivers were so lovely (transportation booked through the hotel). The village of Pyrgos was very pretty, and not filled with tourists as many other places in Santorini.

This hotel is a real gem for many kinds of tourists. It offers visitors beautiful sights over the whole island but is still located in a very quiet neigbourhood that is yet to be found by larger crowds. The establishment is brand new and as Jenny said they are "very proud of their new building" and it shows. Rooms are very clean and Sanda from the Housekeeping is really thoughtful person. Special thanks to her for making our stay pleasant. Air conditioning in the room works like a charm and with the beautiful rooftop pool area it made our stay during the Greece's record hot temperatures enjoyable. Jenny from the Reception felt more like a local friend than a receptionist, who made sure our plans for the days spent in Santorini were the best possible. Since this hotel is located in Pyrgos village high up in the mountains it might not be the best possible place transportwise for everyone. We still actually found it really really easy to go around the island by local busses but this is something one has to be toughtful of. Pyrgos village main square bus stop (which serves the Fira-Perissa line) is located 600m from the hotel and Santo Wines bus stop (which serves the Akrotiri-Fira, Perissa-Fira Express and Ferry Port-Fira lines) is located 1200m from the hotel (keep in mind that this is downhill from the hotel to the bus stop). You'll not be located in the noisiest city but if you want to visit those larger cities it is not too hard even by those local busses. Just know that the timetables for local busses are just guiding at most. Sometimes we went from hotel to the other side of the island in less than an hour and once we had to wait for an hour at Pyrgos bus stop before bus arrived. And of course you can bypass this minor locational inconvenience by renting a car.

Suites are beautiful, rooms are exceptionally clean and finished to such high standards. Breakfast has such a variety of choice and nothing is to much of an ask. Staff are extremely helpful and polite, Nikos is always on hand for any issues even arranging trips and hire vehicles… highly recommend this property stunning location and the most amazing staff

The location was perfect. Easy transport links to Fira and Oia by local bus. The local town used to be the capital and therefore has lots of lovely windy streets, shops and restaurants. The view is amazing at the top where you have view overs both sides of the island. I liked how this apartment was away from the busy areas, so we had a nice peaceful stay without feeling trampled on. Our stay, wow stunning. Our host was amazing, so inviting and lovely and she was at hand by text if we needed anything. She really cared about making our stay a pleasure. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous. The decor was beautiful and the apartment was very big and a clean and comfortable stay. I loved how we got bottles of water replenished everyday during our stay which we really appreciated, as obviously you can't drink the tap water. Our host helped order taxis for us, which was helpful. I'm so glad we chose this property and I would recommend to anyone for a pleasant stay. Thanks for a great stay.

It was an unforgettable experience at Apikia Santorini. 10 stars! We enjoyed our honeymoon thanks to the amazing staff; very friendly and helpful. The view was stunning being at a higher point. The breakfast was delicious and was served at the time requested. The architecture is very modern with a unique touch. We enjoyed the infinity heated pool to the fullest. You can tell a lot of thought and care was put into making this accomodation the perfect stay for guests. The location is central to other tourist locations and really is a great spot. The breakfast, view, cleanliness, and location were all absolutely fantastic, I would definitely stay here again! The host even supported us in planning and booking activities.

    Patina Vivera is a lovely place to stay! The place has a wonderful calm and relaxing vibe. The breakfast was delicious, the house was very clean, the staff was very kind and offered super service and it was easy to communicate with the host. The house and the outdoor areas were fantastic. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The view is absolutely stunning! We had a wonderful holiday at Patina Vivera and would love to come back!
