Everything was perfect - the staff were exceptional nothing was a problem. it was a happy place to be and we made friends. Spotless cleaning each day by the cleaning ladies. I broke the key in the lock and it was sorted out in no time and no charge. The bar staff were so brilliant and the Tuesday night greek dancing was the best night we had in Crete - highly recommended. The Chef took great pride in his food and so he should - it was homemade and so tasty. we loved the beach chairs and he always had a warm smile to greet us each day ❤️ ❤️

Everything was perfect !! the bed is very comfortable, the balcony offers a wonderful view of the beach and the mountain at the same time. We were in the middle of platanias, 5 minutes walk from the beach. A special thank you to the host Angela who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Go for it without hesitation! M & O

Loved my stay at Kallitsakis. Cleaning each day by Christina(who was lovely) & Arna at the front desk was very helpful & so nice! Pool was beautiful & clean. A 2 minute walk to ALL you need. Definitely recommend ❤️

Very cosy and comfortable rooms, our apartment had a nice terrace. Good location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The owner offered us car rental, which was very convenient, and adviced us on interesting destinations.

The house had everything we needed and very clean when we arrived. The check in was smooth and we were let in at 12.00 as we arrived earlier, so we still had the whole day to explore and enjoy. The view from the terrace was beautiful. Laundry detergent was available which was a nice touch ( the previous villas we stayed in had dish washers and laundry machines but we had to buy own detergents for each). Also, the house is quite far from everything, but we had a rental car all the time, so it wasn’t not a problem.

Breakfast was not included as it was a self catering villa, but the hugely generous and helpful welcome pack was a fantastic and unexpected bonus after a long days travel. We had lunch and dinner at the Sonio Resturant where Stathis, who owns the Villa, and his family were fantastic hosts and the meals and drinks were delicious and excellent value for money.

    Our second stay in Joseph Suite and it was fantastic. The suite has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We particularly liked the size of the terrace with sea views and the hot tub. Everything in the suite is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Situated in central Platanias, you are within minutes of excellent bars and restaurants, shops including a supermarket, and bus stops. The beach is minutes walk away. All in all, we can not fault anything about our stay and have already booked our return trip in 2025!

    It was wonderful! The owners became friends during their stay. Very friendly young couple. The location of the hotel is excellent. 10 meters to the sea, 5 minutes to the center. Shops, cafes are all nearby. Thank you for an incredible vacation. Expect to visit again next year.

    Very close to the beach, convenient, perfectly clean accommodation, owned by a nice, friendly family. The apartment is very comfortable, with a parking space, a nice air conditioner and everything you need to make a simple breakfast, snowwhite towels and linen. I would like to thank the owners for our lovely holiday, for the wine and kind attitude. We would definitely come back here!

    Excellent location, quite literally a stones throw from the beach and the main strip of Platanias. The bus stop is just down the road along with taxis. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. It has everything you'd need for a stay, even a hairdryer and straighteners for those in need. Staff are so welcoming and friendly, easily contactable through the app and will help if they can. Highly recommend, it made for a most wonderful stay

    This is a perfect place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. Place is neat, facilities are great and the balcony is beyond expectations with 4 sunbeds, sofa, outdoor dining table and a cool hot tub to spend the nights and a lot of complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine. Highly recommend this place.

    We loved watching the sunrise (and sometimes sunset too) from our balcony - loooved it! The location at the beach is everything, the accomodation is close to shops, restaurants, taxi, etc yet the area is very peaceful. We stayed here for two weeks and our room was cleaned daily - lovely! I would love yo stay here again.
