We had such a lovely stay at this charming new hotel in Kefalonia! The atmosphere was peaceful and beautifully designed, with a cozy little pool that was the perfect treat after a stroll around the nearby shops. It felt so refreshing to come back and take a dip before unwinding for the evening. A special mention to Dimitri, who truly made our stay memorable. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always on hand to help with a warm smile. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality. Would absolutely recommend this hidden gem to anyone visiting Kefalonia. Can’t wait to return ❤️

They were exceptional hosts, meticulously tending to every detail. The space exuded comfort and pristine cleanliness, providing an inviting atmosphere. Remarkably, they even catered to my baby's needs by including a conveniently placed potty train in the room. The facilities offered were nothing short of spectacular, undoubtedly ranking among the finest accommodations. Lovely location, beautifully furnished room. Nikos the owner was fantastic, whatsapped me when we landed from his personal number offering to help in any way - he even dropped me off at the local supermarket on his bike to get groceries. His suggestions for reliable car hire, dinner reservations and activities totally made our trip. Big thumbs up from us!

First of all: the view and architecture was amazing. There is a lot of greenery around and a field full of nice, comfortable hammocks. It feels like home, if home is Tuscany, and even if the pool was a bit further from our villa, it was really nice to get away from the buzz of the city. The pool is bigger than in the pictures, a very nice surprise. The staff also was very very helpful. Joana was always a call away and everyone was eager to help at all times. We wanted to check in early and we had the possibility to do so. The kitchenette was also very nice and well-equipped.

    Choosing Theros Retreat for our holiday in Kefalonia was the best decision we could have ever made. It’s a wonderful location, extremely peaceful and relaxing, with lovely gardens. Our apartment was very spacious, with a large balcony and the views from this balcony were simply breathtaking, both during the day and at night as well. Andreas, the host, is simply amazing and we really appreciated the warm welcome, as well as his hospitality and kind support. We really enjoyed every moment of our stay at Theros Retreat!

    The place is very clean and new. We stayed not for long but it was the best place to stay in all our 10 days journey to Ionian islands. You can find everything you need in a suite there. This was the first accommodation to actually place a washcloth in the bathroom. Really good value for the money you pay.

    The location was fantastic with great views and a short distance from multiple beaches. It was quiet and a very relaxing place to enjoy our holiday. The villa was exceptionally tidy and well looked after. It had everything you needed to cook evening meals and prepare lunch. The balcony was a great space to sit out and enjoy the view and lovely weather. The pool was excellent and the kids loved it! Breakfast had a good range of food and was prepared exceptionally well each morning. It was an ideal place to stay.

    We visited Kefalonia for second time. We have been in another Freelance villa 3 years ago and everything was great! The villa was prepared with attention to each detail. During our stay there have been some little difficulties not dependent from the owners, but after we informed the staff, everything was solved immediately. At the day of departure we asked the owners for one more hour because of the ferryboat timeline a d they agreed. Everything was terrific! Thank you very much once more time for the great holiday!
