Most of the equipment is new, you have washing machine, dishwasher, new kitchen and appliances, new bedroom furniture, big flatscreen TV, fast WI-FI, new bathroom … all high quality. Owners and neighbours are so nice, we got a nice welcome. There is a supermarket 2 minutes away, good restaurants and other facilities. Location is near Paklenica national park, so you could spend some time hiking. Beach is pretty close, like 5 min on foot, and not really crowded. There is also nice playground there for kids.
