This hotel is truly fabulous and the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food options are great and there is an extensive offer of treatments. The staff were also very attentive with our dog. This hotel not only tolerates dogs but truly welcomes them (welcome drink, treats, bowl were waiting for him). The terrace was big, the room was very clean and the cleaning staff very helpful. I particularly appreciated that the hotel is adults only, this allows for perfect relaxation.

We are returning to this place time to time and it always exceed our expectations. The castle is gorgeous, the wellness is great, the whole place is very clean, the staff is friendly and the kitchen is serving wonderful dishes. Great experience in every aspect! Nice staff, modern and clean room. It really felt like I was in Austria. Don't expect a five star breakfast, but I'm sure everyone would find something they like.

The apartment is new, clean, warm and overall it’s a great value. There are utensils, pots, coffee machine with capsules, tea pot, hairdryer etc. it felts like anything I needed the owners had it! The owners are the next level of helpful! They picked us up from the train station, organised an early check in and dropped us back at the train station when vacation was over.

Villa Nova is set in Hévíz and has a pool with a view and garden views. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay.

Great relaxing time in Heviz. Exceptional helpful host who really takes care of his guests. The hospitality was extraordinary, a fine terrace and a very calm location. Very clean apartment and grounds. Comfortable Beds. We will for sure come back to Villa Nova for the next time.100% recommended!
