I really enjoyed staying here – the place is clean, well-maintained, and very peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped us with everything we needed. One of the things I appreciated the most was the water dispenser in the room – such a useful touch! They also offer scooters for rent directly at the property, which is super convenient for getting around. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for three weeks and it was absolutely amazing. The staff were so kind, caring and funny! As a first time solo traveler they made me feel so safe and secure. The dorm is clean and you have a lot of space to put your stuff. The bathrooms are clean as well. The vibe at Secret spot was perfect for me, social but chill. I met a lot of amazing people there, most people were also solo traveling. The breakfast was amazing and the common area is very cozy! I will stay here when I return and I would recommend everyone who is coming to Lombok to stay here!🥰

No need to do more hotel research! The feedback you see here is not by coincident. Naia is more than a hotel, in the way that its staff makes you feel like you’re coming home after a long day exploring Lombok. Marlissa, the owner, is your vacation mom, always interested. There is no question she and her staff don’t know the answer to. We booked day-trips to secret Gilis and Tetebatu (secret gilis is way more advertised as an attraction, but the Tetbatu-trip was a more incredible experience, with local life, farming culture, scenery, a very refreshing waterfall swim, several black monkeys spotted 10m away++). Naia organizes scooter rental for you as well as taxi transport. Join the live music concert, the vibe is fantastic. We spent five nights here, and are sad to leave, but full of memories.

    I had a fabulous stay at 360 Surf Academy. I was there just for accommodation, and it was lovely! Comfortable, private and the rooms are very aesthetic, often with hanging chairs or alike. There’s even a little yoga shala where you can watch the sunset!! The staff are SO lovely and helpful. It’s a little out of town but I wanted to be out of the main hustle and bustle of main Kuta for a few days!

    Accommodation was high quality for a homestay. Breakfast was nice and there were 3 different swimming pools. Hot showers were shared outside but not a problem. The property was within easy walking distance of the town, so good for restaurants.

    Gorgeous accommodation in Lombok, we stayed here for 1 night for a treat after our climb to Rinjani summit! Comfortable bed, great aircon, excellent shower! Friendly staff who offered to bring us to our other accommodation in Kuta for no charge. Approx 15-20 min walk to beach and lots of good restaurants. Also amazing breakfast spot next door. Would highly recommend!

Accommodation was clean and comfortable. The dining area was lovely and the staff were so hospitable. The pool area was great too. The location was perfect for us.     Wow! This was our second visit and even though we liked the place the first time, Porter managed to further improve. Their included breakfast is now one of our favorites of all accommodations in Kuta. Cappucchino is now included and we loved the idea with the "starters". Also loved the design of the pool!
