The house was so lovely and comfortable. The linen and duvets on the beds luxurious.The towels are large and really soft and fluffy. The location was close to the centre (15 mins walk to Sean's Bar), but it was so lovely and quiet.Great to park the car safely off the street. All you could need for a relaxing stay.

    The Bailey accommodation is in a great location. The en-suite bedroom is basic, with no frills or flounce. The bed was very comfortable and the room was warm. Overall, if you're not fussy, The Bailey is perfect and at a very reasonable price. I would stay here again.

    A very pleasant stay. Staff helpful efficient and friendly. Food was excellent ,exceptional and this is not an exaggeration. We enjoyed a beautiful evening meal the chef is a genius. The breakfast had a tremendous selection for all types and very well prepared. Every Item tasted perfect Location serene.and extremely free from noisy hum of cars. Very good value both in relation to accommodation and dining. Great leisure facilities and amenities. Ample parking

    Nothing we did not stay cancelled the booking approx 1/2 hour after booking. Customer service person said that she would do what she coul to refund our accommodation payment. The place was dingy and not a place any senior citizen would stay in. We had to book accommodation in a hotel nearby. Not at all happy

    The property was fitted with exactly what you need that you’d expect in a student accommodation i.e. cutlery, plates, pans, beds, TV, etc if you didn’t want to go out and fancied bringing in your own food to cook or takeout. I was thoroughly surprised that there were Wi-Fi which wasn’t something that was available when booking the stay. The location to Athlone town is less than 10 mins away by car and Lidl is situated next door to the accommodation which takes less than 5 mins to walk which is very convenient.

    The staff were exceptionally helpful I was with two little babies and they made sure our stay was the most relaxing and comfortable. Providing is with an extremely spacious family room that had a very safe balcony that provided a lovely summer breeze. And the room service was extremely fast! I never thought I would’ve enjoyed a mini holiday in a hotel with small kids but this hotel proved me wrong 10/10 would book again !

    One of the best b&b we have stayed at. The owners and staff couldn’t do enough. The accommodation and breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend, if we are ever to be in that area again we would definitely book the Arch b&b. Across from the b&b is a pub called the Dark Horse, excellent food.
