I liked the fact the room was seperate to the main house so I could come and go without worrying about disturbing anyone. I was able to park on the driveway right next to the outhouse. Owner was very kind and allowed me to check in a little early so I could drop my bags off and continue my day. Owners were friendly and approachable. The room had everything I needed, beautiful modern en suite and kitchenette. Tv. Comfortable bed etc very pleasant stay. I was really impressed by the Shirley Arms. The room was massive and very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful organising taxis to and from the wedding venue. Lovely self contained studio in a quiet area and just a short walk from town. The studio was nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast food was provided, milk, cereal, bread , marmalade and tea and coffee. Because you do your own breakfast, it was perfect for us because we wanted to make an early start the next morning, so we could have it as early as we wanted. The staff were super helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Due to mobility issues it was great to have everything so close within the hotel and near the hotel.
