We had a lovely stay at castlehouse b&b ! The authenticity of the place is refreshing as well as the kindness of the host, John, who gave us many helpful advice on local places. We strongly recommend it to anyone looking to have a nice and authentic stay in Connemara ! And big plus for the really nice view from the bedroom on the countryside and sea !

Very well located and really convenient to enjoy Connemara. John is living next door and shared interesting information on the region. The grocery stoŕe accross the road is a plus with large opening hours. The house is really confortable. We enjoyed our stay here.

A Hidden Gem for a Cozy Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely accommodation, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the spaciousness and inviting atmosphere. The layout was perfect, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The decor was both charming and comfortable, creating a warm ambiance that made me feel right at home. The living area was generously sized, with cozy seating that was ideal for curling up with a good book or enjoying good company. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them at the large dining table. The bedrooms were equally impressive—plenty of space, comfortable beds, and soft linens ensured a restful night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, from the thoughtful touches in the decor to the cleanliness of the entire space. The location was also a major plus, offering a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to local attractions. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this accommodation has it all.

    Communication was excellent and just a few hours before arriving I asked for a suggestion of where to go for dinner. We had one of the best evenings of our holiday dining in a local pub which we would never have found on our own. The location is a little off the beaten track but in an absolutely stunning location. Out bedroom window looked right out onto the beach.

    Apart from being in the most beautiful setting, the facilities were excellent in terms of accommodation and it had a real homely feeling. Roisin, the owner, could not have been more helpful as was everyone at the B&B. We would definitely recommend and go back, Tony & Catheribg

    We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Seabreeze! Noreen and Michael were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. The suite itself is equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our highlight was the most amazing view, which we enjoyed every morning with our coffee and every evening when we returned „home“. Additionally, the access to the beautiful beach made our stay truly special. We would love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation spot.

    Annemarie made me feel so welcome and the staff as a whole couldn't do enough for you. The food is out of this world and the accommodation was clean and luxurious. I wish I could have stayed longer to make more use of the facilities but will be back with the kids for sure!
