We met Nick as soon as we arrived and were given a tour of the property. It was perfect for us as we were in Slane for a wedding. Nick offered to drive us to the wedding as well as the get-together the night before. That was such a kind offer ! We just stayed the night, but we will be back.. Nick and Sandra left us a basket of breakfast / treat items, including eggs. This was very much appreciated and a total surprise. The apartment was cozy, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed . Thank you for a wonderful stay, Nick and Sandra.

    An extremely comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a very quiet rural location, but with the attractive town of Trim a short drive away. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and access to the gated complex and to the accommodation was straightforward. We were only staying for one night, but the place would definitely suit a longer stay, making a great base for exploring the surrounding area.

    Dunderry lodge is a great location between Trim & Navan so it's an ideal base to explore from. Ample, secure parking which was great. Clean, modern accommodation, wifi, all the necessary utilities in a nice quiet private location. Ian was very prompt in any communications we had. Ideal for short term stays, we were very pleasantly surprised, will definitely stay again if in the area!

    This was our second stay at Decoy Country Cottages. The accommodation is very spacious and very well equipped. The welcome basket is lovely with local produce and dog biscuits. The beds are really comfy and it's so peaceful. There is a games room with weights next door to the cottage and table tennis outdoors. The cottage is in a good location for exploring the local area.

    Breakfast fantastic. Hot. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Have had many meals here but never stayed, but highly recommend. Accommodation brilliant. Large carpark Location brilliant. So good heading back at the weekend to see Rob Strong. Well worth a visit.

    We loved our stay at brownstead cottage what can I say fintan and valarie were the most welcoming hosts and I can't thank them enough for what they dine for us I have been on holidays before but I have never walked into such a clean spotless most comfortable holiday home ever we even got some welcoming tea coffee bread butter and cheese just what we needed to get our holiday started. Coffee first 😋 I can't say enough about the cottage and the hosts we will diffently be back again our children didn't want to leave.

    I booked this accomodation literally last minute when I had an incident at my previous accommodation that led to a police report. I came in pretty upset and anxious and the man at reception who I believes name was Andrew - was an absolute sweet heart who helped me contact the police, check into my room and make sure I was ok. I felt safe and comfortable at this accomodation and would absolutely stay here again. Room was great and location was ideal! Lots of pubs around and staff is so incredibly friendly.
