The location is so good. My wife and I have been guests for 15 years and have always liked the convenience. Of course since the recent reno the prices have gone up but it is still a great value in Dublin. We'll be coming back again and again.

Exceptional service, my wife is vegetarian who does not et eggs and they ensures the pancakes were made as per her needs and also made extra hashbrowns for her! The breakfast options (I had the Irish Breakfast on Day1 and Avocado toast with poached egg on Day 2 ) are amazing and really well prepared ! Rooms are really clean, comfy beds and with all basic facilities (Towels, toiletries, hair dryer, Iron, Central heating, etc ) They even have the option to store luggage for a few hours before . after check in/out. The location is obviously the best part, Trinity, Dublin Castle, shopping streets all a few mins walk away! All in all, a gem at the price!

The location is extremely central, you can walk to the main Grafton and park areas in minutes, with their tram lines for addtional connectivity. The neighbourhood as has vastly improved over the decades so that it is now a dining destination with a huge range of quality restaurants nearby. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room / saunas are really great for a city centre hotel in Dublin. My wife aranged a Thai massage which with she was exceptionaly pleased. The rooms were excellent, clean and modern, comfortable and spacious. We ate breakfast in a nearby Pret a Manger for breakfast to vary the experience.

    Very pleasant stay. We arrived late in Dublin and had problems with lost luggage, but Noreen managed to calm us down. The breakfast was very nice, Noreen served a lot of vegan options, which was great. Due to the lost luggage Noreen guided us to the next Tesco so that we could buy the things we needed most. It was a rumbling but thanks to Noreen nice start of our Holidays.

    Location was amazing xx Room was lovely xx As a person with disabilities I had plenty of room only thing was there was a bath and I find it going in and out very awkward. Love staying in the Glashaus because the staff are amazing and of course the hotel is too nice and quiet xx

    We stayed here for a gig in Marlay park. The hotel was nice and comfortable. We had a meal there which was well prepared . We had breakfast also which was a buffet and it was fine too. The staff were nice and very helpful getting people out to the gig. The car park is underground which is perfect. For Dublin I suppose the price was reasonable.There is no residents bar which a lot of people were unhappy with but it wasn’t a problem for us. I would definitely stay here again.
