One of the best places I have ever stayed in. The receptionist, a lovely woman named Kathy, was an absolute blast. She made us feel very welcome and we shared some laughs. She also let us know some really fun places to visit around town and in Dingle, which was great. The bar and breakfast areas were cozy and warm, the breakfast itself was fantastic, and the room was excellent. A well deserved 10/10.

Everything, there wasn’t a thing we didn’t enjoy. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, the rooms are beautiful and the food is excellent. A visit to the spa is a must. Gorgeous little rooms for relaxing with a drink in the evenings was a favourite.

I’d love that. It was close to town but still out in the country and very safe. Everything was new or nearly new and very clean. Siobhan even loaned us some sweatshirts because we did not bring appropriate clothing for the cooler weather. We had come from 103° Spain to 68° Ireland and did not dress appropriately. The fresh eggs every morning were such a blessing and the family was totally delightful accommodating every request.

Our hosts Alex and Sean went above and beyond after we arrived. We had accidentally booked the wrong dates and turned up a day ahead of our booking. That was no problem for them. 10 minutes later Alex was there to let us in and Sean arrived a little later with supplies for our stay. Sean was very informative re what to see and do in the area and with local history.

    The accommodation was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean and tidy, and boasted a truly stunning view from the sitting room window. It was a lovely gesture to find a selection of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and orange juice provided for our enjoyment during the stay.

    Exceptional stay at Ballyseede, accommodation was roomy and comfortable, location was exceptional. The Castle experience did not disappoint. We eat in the bar and it was affordable and tasty. Staff even went out of their way to provide me with a Pimms!

    Lisa was very helpful and organized a safe place for my bike, which I appreciate very much. She was very friendly with great hospitality. I felt myself in her accommodation safe and welcoming. The Bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, which I found very pleasant. I would definitely choose the same place to stay, if I am in Tralee again.
