The hotel had opened on the day i stayed! The staff were amazing and so accomodating. Staying in a brand new room felt fun and if there were any issues (just due to it being just opened), the staff were sure to sort them out immediately! I felt like the most special guest in the hotel and this was appreciated.

We had the most loveliest stay in Fort Kochi. For us, Guestland Homestay was simply perfect: in a quiet location, authentic + delicious breakfast, great spacious rooms, the greatest staff ever, always ready to help, and near both touristy and non-touristic areas, yoga studios, sea front, fantastic restaurants, bike rental. Nice, very clean and cozy room with ac and fan. Kitchenette with filtered water and fridge. The best of all is the host, Lakshmi. She helped me a lot in planning my trip, getting a driver, advising restaurants, she really cares a lot. And does a yummy breakfast.

Location was great, perfect distance from shops and restaurants but still slightly secluded. The host was very friendly and welcoming, also really helpful in planning day trips around the area, he gave great advice and recommendations. The breakfast that was included was delicious. The rooms were clean and the AC worked.

    The property was in an amazing location right in the centre of fort kochi, the room and balcony were both clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Not only was the property amazing, but the hosts treated us incredibly and always offered help and advice. It was one of the best accommodations my friend and I stayed in whilst backpacking around India.

    Bastians Homestay is a simple yet very welcoming place to stay. Bastian and his wife are the true stars of the accommodation because they helped set us up for the rest of our holiday. They organized a driver, let us in at the early hours of the morning when we arrived and helped us with train tickets to our next destination. 5 star service from a very kind and caring couple.
