I’d like to share my experience at this lovely double house with 5 rooms. The room we booked for the steering was fantastic! 🌟 It had a separate area for exchanging clothes and a dressing table, which really helped to ensure that those still resting weren’t disturbed. I would rate the facilities a solid 10/10. The service was also excellent—I'm pleased to say I would rate their responsiveness at 10/10, and the complimentary breakfast was a wonderful touch. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone traveling with larger groups, whether you’re with family, relatives, couples, or friends getting together. It truly deserves a 10/10 rating! This reflects my personal experience, and I’m truly grateful for the comfort we all enjoyed during our stay. A big thank you to the management! I will certainly be recommending this place to our friends and relatives.

Stayed twice with family here. Room was clean and everything worked well from hot shower to good Wi-Fi. Bed was so comfortable I had a deep sleep. Breakfast buffet was very good with an option to order day’s special (Aappam on my visit). Manager Mr.Chokkalingham took care and his staff was polite and helpful throughout the stay. Free parking in the building itself. Highly recommended.

    The location is good, not in the heart of the city but a little away, calm and quiet. The room is clean. The rest room is clean. There's a restaurant in the ground floor. Ample covered car parking plus good accommodation for drivers available. The staff courteous and helpful. We went and stayed there twice in the same week. A small Vinayaka Temple is there in the premises. A good place to stay.

    Avea is a modern style guesthouse. All facilities such as a hot shower, AC and WiFi worked well. The bed was comfortable. Towel and soap, toiletpaper all routinely provided. The accommodation is kept very clean. Drinking water and boiling water to make your own coffee or tea is included. Staff want to give good service to the guest. It is not a place where you just get a room for a certain time and that is it. Stayed four days.
