Location is very nice..and it located in heart of the City., and very calm & peacefully. Room is very good and neat. Maintainance is excellent. Room interior work is awesome. Room service is good and very helpful staff. They treat us in our family one. My baby is so happy. Restaurent is superb and the breakfast is delicious. Price is valuable... Very good hotel.. was overall a perfect stay after 3 years of returning to Salem as a frequent visitor for leisure the receptionist, Mr Arvind, managers Mr. Jai, Mr Ayyan and the kitchen manager was excellent so do the waiter and waitress in the restaurant was excellent in serving the best meal for your needs rooms were clean, Biotique Body Wash was amazing, room amenities includes shower cap, dental kit and etc. just like how a well established chain hotel would portray

Staff were extremely helpful and arranged complimentary pickup from the railway station. Driver was prompt although we were delayed 3hrs. Rooms were clean and cozy. View was amazing. We had all our meals at Tangerine and they were extremely delicious. Our wait staff Sabari was also very patient and helped with arranging for our dietary needs.

    I had travelled to Salem for a day with my daughter (11). We had a quick swim in the pool, ate a nice dinner and the breakfast as well. The room had a fabulous view! Overlooking the hills...the staff were also so kind and helpful. From the check-in staff to the cleaning staff to the wait staff, we were well looked after. Our driver also had a comfortable room to stay in. We had a massage in the spa which was fine. Thanks so much! Will definitely stay here again.

    The whole property was excellent. Guest would feel at home the way front office staff takes care of the guests. I happen to meet one Mr Vignesh during my stay. This gentleman is truly outstanding. He is polite and goes out of his way to make the guest comfortable. Kudos to him. Great stay for me
