The personal and courteous service from the polite staff at Willow Hill will always be fondly remembered. Mr. Laxminarayanan, a true hospitality industry professional, met us on arrival and handled our check-in. His presence at the main desk was re-assuring. Willow Hills appears to be a recently built property. Therefore all facilities were new and in working order. Everything worked perfectly, including the internet, telephone, electricity, plumbing, elevators etc. (Ooty has number of 'heritage hotels' with woefully inadequate service facilities which has ruined many a short stays). We drove to Ooty and the hotel provided spacious parking facility for private cars. We were assigned the Cypress Room, which had the view of the mountains and the green valley, that was both pleasing and invigorating. The spacious interiors were tastefully fitted out. The large king size bed had comfortable mattress and pillows. The black-out curtains were greatly appreciated. The hotel included breakfast and dinner along with cost of accommodations. This was a welcome gesture on their part. The quality of dining offered at the 'Bird of Paradise' restaurant with excellent, with high marks for service and quality to their Chef, Mr. Joyce. I found him and his staff to be hardworking and keenly interested in delivering excellent quality to the guests.

Excellent food and Housekeeping.The view was awesome especially kids liked it.Economical and worth the penny .one of our kids fell sick but took care of her by serving timely food .Thanks to Umesh bhaiyya and owner was also very responsive catering to your small needs.We would love to come again and again Go for it if you want scenic views and wanna stay in middle of tea estates you won't regret it going for it . Complementary breakfast and our lemon tea was so good ,snacks are mouth watering and delicious timely.It was greatttt.I don't have words to express .Taking with us all great cherished memories.

It was really like staying at a relative's house, Uncle was so warm and welcoming. He made us feel very safe and comfortable, even though we were the only people staying there at the time. We will definitely visit again when staying in Ooty.

We stayed here for several nights. The room was really nice and clean, and had a small balcony with a beautiful view overlooking Ooty. Though they do not have their own laundry service, they arranged for someone to come and pick up our laundry for us. They also arranged a tour to Mudumalai Tiger Reserve for us. The only downside of this place is the lack of eating facilities/included breakfast, however there are several locations close to it for good food.

My experience at Mellowlux Ooty was genuine and authentic.The property is even more beautiful and elegant than the pictures portray, and the view is simply mesmerizing. My Wife and I visited India and stayed here as a stop off for 1 night. Having travelled from Hyderabad and Mysuru, Clouds Nest was the relaxing night we much needed. Away up on a hill, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it was easy to relax and unwind. The room was beautiful, well decorated and maintained.

    Mr. Sriniwas ( The Owner) is very nice and Humble. He upgraded we family to family room and provided us with all the help needed for our pleasant stay. He also guided us around site seeing places and arranged travel for site seeings in and around ooty at reasonable rates. The accomodation too is quite good. Mr. Sandeep, the care taker also helped us whenever called. I will definitely prefer to stay at same place for my next tour to Ooty and recommend it to family and friends. Overall very nice tour.

    Good accommodation on ooty coonoor road. Ample parking is available. Family rooms are available with 2 bathrooms, which can accommodate 6 adults easily. Staff are courteous. Owner Pradeep is very helpful. Arranged jeeps for us to doodabetta. It's definitely worth a stay while in ooty.

    A perfect place in ooty to enjoy the holiday at relaxed and serene place. We booked premium suite with balcony facing the view.The location itself was breathtaking, offering serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff members were incredibly courteous and kind, making our experience truly memorable. Their hospitality added a warm touch to our stay, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our time there.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction . “ The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. The hotel’s prime location made exploring the city a breeze, and I can’t wait to return to Beverly villa on my next visit. Highly recommended!”

    We had a good time staying with my family here on the summer vacation . They have a restaurant only for guests - food served was pretty good . Children have their play area and some activities and games - private and secure villa . Excellent service too . Thanks for hosting us

    From the seamless check-in process to the impeccably clean and stylish accommodations, our experience was nothing short of fantastic. The location was picturesque perfect and 5 min walking distance from Lovedale bus strand. The property is a kind of British bungalow which is well-maintained. The owner aunty was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay comfortable every time.
