An earlier than expected check in and assistance with suggestions for a place to have breakfast while storing my luggage was a great start when arriving very early in the morning of my first day. The staff at the front desk were personable and resourceful and extremely patient, kind and helpful. The ambience was aesthetically pleasing. The hotel guests were exceptionally open to conversation and sharing tips about places to go and what to see as well. Staff were extremely helpful with booking a tour and reviewing the map for directions on travel and walking. This was a perfect hotel in a great location. I would definitely return.

Everything was perfect, it is close to bus station, also to meet up point and everything is near. The stuff is amazing and our room was changed to apartment and it was over the top beautiful. High recommendation.

Very clean. Although there are lots of beds in a room, but each bed has its own curtain, locker, small table, sockets, towel. Very well equipped and privacy is good. Very comfortable bed. Showers and toilets are clean and with shampoo. Kitchen is clean. Public area is very cozy. Laundry service is 1500ISK. Staff is very friendly. The location is good. Close to main Laugavegur street. 15min walk to BSI bus terminal. Can’t complain anything.

The apartment is perfectly located not far from city center in the direction of starting car trips to main attractions, so it takes less than 10 minutes to get out of the city. There are few good restaurants, bars, a food court, some stores and quick pizza to go within 5 minutes walking. The parking is always available just near the building or on the opposite side of the road. The host arranged early check-in on our request, he provided all the necessary info about the apartment and the equipment, which made our stay convenient from very beginning. The apartment is new, very clean and has all the necessary equipment. Just perfect, thank you.

    This was the perfect accommodation for our trip to Iceland - the room was spacious and made for a really lovely stay feeling as if we had our own entire apartment. The kitchen facilities were good and we were left orange juice and milk in the mornings free of charge - a really lovely touch. The beds were also really comfy which was good with such an active holiday. Would definitely recommend and stay again ourselves.

    One of the only accommodations in Reykjavik that allows late check-in! They sent very detailed and easy-to-follow instructions for us to check ourselves in outside of operating hours. The room was comfortable and met our needs. The bathroom was clean. I will stay here again the next time I am in Iceland.

    It was THE BEST place I've ever stayed in considering non-en-suite accommodations! Everything was perfect - a room opposite the bathroom, fully-equipped room and kitchen, comfortable, cosy and warm room. We were also able to check in earlier because of our flight.
