Our rental car with summer tires was slipped into road side due to the snowy and icy condition of the road in the morning, and I called the hotel (Maria) for help. The hotel quickly dispatched a gentleman (Birzir) over to pull us out back onto the road so we could continue our travel. A huge relief for us !!
