1) the interior design is outstanding modern mixed with traditional with old army bikes ! outstanding ! 2) the food was excellent 3) the personnel is very professional 4) everybody speaks at list 2 foreign languages 5) the matress was like a cloud 6) the gym is very complex and the latest type of machines 7) it has 1 inside and 2 huge outside thermal swimming pools 8) pool inside and outside bar 9) very well taken care of garden 10) traditional food and vegan choices 11) health club is amazing : all types of massages , specific thermal water therapies,hairdresser, manicure , pedicure …. 12) there are two restaurants within the hotel. One is very elegant and one is near the pool. 13)  every night in the hotel bar. There are very nice events with live music and the light in the night and a good thing is that you can’t hear it at the floor above, so you can rest in peace 14)  The owner is always present in the hotel and you can talk to him directly about anything you like this is very reassuring.

The food was excellent. The service in the reception was brilliant (I was served by Elleonora). I was happy to discover that the restaurent even had Russian speaking waiters with whom I could converse in my native language. These waiters and chefs in the restaurent were extremely kind people.

We had an amazing experience staying at this apartment during our holiday. From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The space was stylish yet cozy, with plenty of natural light and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The location was fantastic—close to local attractions, shops, and public transport, but also quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, providing helpful recommendations and making check-in and check-out a breeze. Definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book it again next time we are in town

It was absolutely stunning. Maybe low season, but its mean we had plenty of time in pools just for our selfs, mostly Italians, not many tourists like us 😂 . Breakfast was very generouse and fresh, some local products, plenty to choose. We already booked some another stay after summer season. Even if is 8 hours of driving. Its thru that hotel is bit outdated - but all works perfectly fine, staff was helpfull and smiley, nothing was broken, all was super clean, 100% charming, bed was comfy, aircon works, many Italian accomodation has it, and we prefer that. We had dog - there are parts where dog obviously cannot enter, but also thet had huge garden where dog is allowed with many spots with fresh and clean water bowls.

Everything was top notch,big hotel room (mine was standard) at the last floor,a/c working properly,nice modern bathroom. Great and spacious spa,the pools and the garden simply perfect. More of this: one of the best hotel restaurant I’ve tried traveling in Italy. Staff is present and kind,a positive mention to the waiter at the restaurant area,he has been always smiling and helpful.

    The reception staff were so kind and helpful and did everything they could to make our stay perfect. The cleaning staff were also brilliant. Excellent location, beautiful streets to explore and the thermal pools at the hotel were gorgeous. Also great room, with a kettle, fridge and cute balcony. We were very happy and will definitely stay again.

    We enjoyed our stay at Il Filo Rosso very much. Our family apartment was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Beautiful house and garden with great parking in a quiet area. We felt very welcomed by the hosts and their dog Asia, enjoyed their company and useful tips for getting around. Great place to stay in relax when visiting Colli Euganei, Padua or Venice.

    This location was a very pleasant surprise. Starting from the peaceful surroundings and the spacious apartment, to the thoughtful touches added throughout, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our family of four (kids 2 and 4) stayed here for a week. The location is a short drive from the town of Abano Terme, as well as a supermarket and various hospitality points. The kitchen is well equipped, the architecture is stunning and rooms are very spacious. We could comfortably cook all of our meals and dine outside on our patio.
