It's brand new, modern, very clean and cosy apartment. Parking is also a big plus because it's hard to find a spot in the town. The host did his best to accomodate us a bit earlier than the check in time.

We had a wonderful stay at Bellagio. The small separate house had everything we needed, with the perfect combination of spaciousness and coziness. Although the location was about a 15-minute walk to the coast, the peacefulness and stunning views made the walk an enjoyable experience. Andrea, our host, was incredibly friendly and provided detailed explanations and excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and bakeries. The accommodation was impeccably clean and offered tranquil surroundings with beautiful views of the lake from the green surroundings of the loft. The neighboring family was equally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in the area.

We spent a week in this apartment as a family of four. The place is comfortable, clean, well-equipped, secure, with a large terrace and air conditioning – which was a lifesaver on hot days. Parking or a garage is also available for guests. The host was very kind and helpful. When I needed a keyboard, he generously lent me his own. I truly recommend this apartment with a terrace – it’s a great spot to relax. Nearby, there’s a small pier where you can enjoy a coffee and take a swim in the lake. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Pro tip: At certain hours, especially in the evening, reaching the apartment directly via Google Maps may not be possible, likely due to an active ZTL zone. A good workaround is to set the nearby gas station as your destination – the apartment is just 100–200 m from there. During the day, navigation usually works fine.

The property is located in gorgeous environment with a stunning view on the Lake Como. The room was clean. fresh and comfortable. We enjoyed our fantastic breakfast on the terrace with Lake Como in the background. The breakfast was absolutely great with home baked cakes and bread. Special thanks to Luigi for the freshly prepared scrambled eggs! The cappuccino was extremely tasty, too.

Super cool owners of the place. They take care of you every step o the way. Even before you arrive at the facility. Over Whatsapp a lot of good information. Place was quiet and nicely decorated.     Beautiful accomodation in a perfect location, its own little oasis - not right in the middle of the busy town centre, but short walk away through the villa mezzi which is included free of charge for guests. The staff were super lovely and accomodating and they even have 2 super friendly dogs that live on the property!! Everything was consistently clean through my stay! Cannot fault a single thing. I hope to be able to come back one day!

    The apartment was in a fantastic location right near the beach and close to the centre of Bellagio. It was perfect for our family vacation and had all of the facilities. Manuele and Giorgio were very responsive and super helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

    We chose to stay here because of all the rave reviews and they were right! What an incredible place and hospitality! We got a great welcome with complimentary food and drinks. The room was clean and cosy, very soundproof! Breakfast was great. Great view to the lake from our private terrace. I have stayed in many accommodations before but I have never given a 10* rating until now so that should tell you something!

    It was a great surprise for us to stay at a such lovely apartment! We had the best accommodation at this beautiful place that has everything you need in order to make your vacations enjoyable! Situated at the centre of the town makes it really convenient and we could easily visit all the intresting places! The host was really lovely, kind and friendly and made us feel like being at home!     Views are incredibly stunning! You have almost the entire view of lake como, bellagio, cadenabbia and menaggio. Plenty of room outside to roam around and to read and sip on your morning coffee with that amazing view. There is also a very nice pool and apartment was spacious equipped with a kitchen, nice bathroom and bedroom. It is also only a 30min walk from the centre of bellagio. I would highly recommend il poggio di bellagio - you can easily make a holiday of just staying at the accommodation.
