Frederica is a truly wonderful host of a gorgeous guesthouse! Our room, Katerina, was so beautiful and so comfortable. Frederica has exceptional taste so there are beautiful furnishings everywhere and every detail for your comfort is provided. We loved our coffee in the morning with the fresh cookies and savoury crackers she provided for us. The best part is Frederica herself! She is incredibly kind and so helpful in booking reservations and giving wonderful advice about what to see and do in Bologna and the best places to eat exceptional dinners. I will happily stay here again and can very enthusiastically recommend her beautiful guesthouse!

    We loved everything about Mars41. Maria was so welcoming and gave us such useful information for things we were interested in Bologna. Her warm hospitality was outstanding. It was our favourite place during our 6 week holiday in Italy. We stayed at a variety of accommodation but this was the best in terms of location, service, facilities and value for money. The food in Bologna is exceptional and we hope to return soon! Thank you Maria you are amazing.

    An appartment decorated with love, style and flair. Bologna is a charming city and this is by far the best place to stay there. This lovely accommodation really gave a bonus to our vacation. We really had everything we needed here, although the city wasn’t exactly near. We thoroughly enjoyed our location and the host was ready to help us in a weird situation. Federica gave us a warm welcome, although we arrived earlier than planned. We would love to thank her for how smoothly our stay went! Linde, Maïté, Carolina, Leonie, Laura and Olivier❤️

    The apartment size is pretty big compared to other accommodations. The apartment is filled with all the necessary things for a great stay. There is also a big and comfortable bathroom and a big and really functional kitchen.
