The old building is very well refurbished, decorated, and picturesque. The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of different options, served in a very beautiful room. The staff was very helpful. We arrived there late at night, travelling by car through a very heavy storm, and the owners were waiting for us and guide us until we safely arrived, and park inside the hotel's parking.

We stayed as a group of four and had a fantastic time! The property is clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located to explore the area. The property (Silvia) was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

The location is fantastic. Right in the centre of the medieval town. Small balcony in the main bedroom with a magnificant view of the lake. Eleanora was very welcoming. We even had a present of a bottle of olive oil! Great restaurant suggestions. Everything we needed!

    The view from the balcony and the bedroom is such a wonderful experience ,the house is clean and has all the needs and more for a comfort and relaxing stay. The house is located a bit high up from the center but it's a good opportunity to stay in shape after all the goods the town has to offer !     We had a very pleasant stay at Casa Rosita, the communication with Eleonora was very easy and the house is situated in a beautiful part of Bolsena. We could reach everything by food and there are many cute bars and restaurants close by. Also the beach is away in circa 15 minutes walking distance so we can definitely recommend this appartment to everyone who wants to spend a relaxed and nice vacation at Lago di Bolsena and we would love to come back there soon🙂

    This hotel offers exceptional value. My wife and I have stayed in over 500 accommodations in 23 countries during the past 10 years and rate this in our top 20 for overall value. A 10-minute stroll along the lakeshore or into the nearby village offers a wide variety of dining experiences. Secure gated parking was a prime motivator when we booked. The front desk was very helpful in assisting in our travel arrangements.
