    The location is conveniently close to the wonderful beach/seaside of Lido di Capoliveri, there are also nice restaurants close by (walking distance using the passage by the beach) and if you travel with kids this is the perfect accommodation, with a playground outside and everything you need for cooking a quick meal or warming some food in the evening for the small ones. Every apartment has an outdoor area/small garden where to relax or let the kids play.

    We had already stay in the same location, but different room. It is close to the beach and we can walk to, with restaurants at the beach side. You can easily access all areas of the island.

    I can only recommend the accommodation. We enjoyed our holiday very much, thanks to Fabio's great attitude. The apartment was clean, we were accommodated right above the pool with a wonderful view. Perfect place for a holiday with children. It's about a 10 minute walk to the nearest Conad shop and about 15-20 minutes from the centre of Capoliveri. Beautiful area of Elba with good access to the surrounding beaches. We would definitely love to come back here in the future, great place for reasonable money.

    Very nice and new apartment, well-furnished with everything you might need for your vacation. The location is perfect, right in the center of Capoliveri, but at the same time, very quiet, with parking right in front of the building. The hosts are just amazing; they genuinely care about their guests’ happiness and go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

    Spacious Apartment with great balcony and spectacular view over the beaches towards Porto Azzurro. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a long stay holiday - and all amenities are of good quality and in good condition. The owner is very helpful and friendly- and shows you the hidden (almost private) beach of Capo Perla. Thank you, Andrea and your father for your hospitality.
