    Outstanding accommodation, perfect location, great communication with the owner. To be honest is, by far, the best private owned place we stayed up to now, you have all facilities that you need. Should be seen as a role model for all other private owners/accommodations. Easy parking in front/close to the accommodation, restaurants and shops nearby, 1 min walk to a metro station.

    The perfect accommodation for my city break in Catania. Everything, from the availability of the manager Luca to be able to check in as soon as I arrived in the morning, the warm welcome and the assistance offered throughout the stay, to the clean room (towels were changed daily, cleaning done) and the kindness of the staff offered me the comfort I needed for a wonderful vacation.

    The location was perfect for us, a short walk into the main Piazza, a spacious apartment with a terrace overlooking the Catania rooftops! A perfect stay as our first accommodation for our Euro Vacation! The Ferrini Team were very helpful throughout our stay. A morning espresso with a view to Mt Etna!
