    We loved everything about the property. Quite possibly one of our favourite accommodations we have stayed in this Europe trip. It was so comfortable, spacious, clean and stylish. The aircon was extremely cold, great for the summer heat in Florence. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location was also so convenient!

    It was one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and the apartment is beautiful and modern. There is a large free parking lot nearby the accommodation (about a 3 minutes walk). The owner was great, she recommended places for us to visit and they were all excellent.

    Absolutely everything about this accommodation is great from the meeting with Victoria to the very end. She met us at the unit and conducted a thorough walk through. This apartment is one of the best we have ever stayed in. It is our second time here in fact it was so good the first time around that we arranged our holiday to enable us to get into it again. Highly recommended.

    I had a fantastic stay at Flom Hotel! The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Everyone was kind and helpful, but I especially want to recognize Andrea and Pietro for their exceptional service. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to assist with any request I had.
