Despite we are quite late for check in Francesca has waited for us till midnight. When we arrived she has warm welcomed. Very clean rooms and well designed furniture. You can take a walk in the morning with a wonderful view of Como Lake. After that you can take nice breakfast of Francesca. We decided to extend our stay but it was booked fully. Francesca helped us for finding a place.

Tulio at Lake Como stole our hearts! Perfectly located, the walking trail and lake views were enchanting. The room's glass door framed stunning Alps sunsets, and dinners on the balcony were pure romance. Tranquil, with innovative lounge chairs and free bikes for exploring, it's a dreamy escape. The breakfast buffet, especially the almond cake, added a sweet touch to our stay. A truly romantic haven by the lake – don't miss it!

My stay at Lake Como in Franco's charming house was simply delightful! From the moment I arrived, Franco's warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The house itself was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and its cozy atmosphere added to the overall charm. Parking is available on the property.     The best stay in our whole vacation. The owner was very pleasant, supportive, caring. The room was authentic and extra clean, very well organized and equipped. We had a lovely view from the window. City center was also very near. The owner offered free snacks and drinks for the guests: sweets, fruits, coffee, tea, mineral water. I would come back for a 100%! Really enjoyed the stay.

    This house is located few kilometers from the Como lake, Nice place to stay, exceptionally value for money, which is important at place like Como lake. Wonderful view on the lake from the second floor of the house. This accommodation is good only for people with car.

    Everything- the apartment is so nice! One of the most clean accomodations I had the pleasure to stay at- the views are to die for (especially from the bathroom) and the host is very accomodating and gives you every info you need. The apartment also has everything you might need (a kitchen with appliances, bathroom with hairdryer etc.) The location is outside of major towns but its quaint and relaxing.
