Everything was great during my stay at this cozy hotel! The room was always perfectly clean and it felt super safe to stay here. It has great location - just in front of beautiful lakeside. Everything. From the hosts (Francesca and her dad), everything went great and we felt so welcomed. The place was cleaned and ready before the check-in time. The apartment had everything we needed, and felt very homey and modern. Bellano is chill and not very touristy, so I recommend staying at Emma House. You can easily get everywhere using the train or ferry. Thank you, Francesca!

It’s a beautiful and spacious property with a garden. Has all the amenities you can possibly need. The walk from the property to the Bellagio town centre is also picturesque. Gilles, the host was very responsive and super helpful.

The property is beautiful. The house was clean. The bed was really comfy. The kitchen is good with everything that you need to cook. The terrace was gorgeous. The view to the lake is stunning. Bellagio center was 5 minute by car and about 15 min by walk. The property had a parking spot which was nice. Supermarket is like 2 minute away by car. We had a really great stay at the house. The host is very kind and helpful as well.

    The apartment was absolutely wonderful! We had 2 bathrooms, 3 full bedrooms and a studio kitchen! There was enough space for the whole family. We had everything we needed for the stay. I would definitely recommend staying in this lovely apartment! The apartment was relatively close to them ferry station and there is a small shop not far from it.

    We were a group of 32 and took many apartments. We all loved our stay here. The lake views from the apartments and the sun terraces are amazing. Units are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Spacious enough for us all 32 of us to gather at one of the units for our evening sharing sessions. The host is very helpful and responsive. And the location close to the ferry terminal, as well as having bus parking right next door, were so useful for us. Loved everything about Maioliche apartments.

    An amazing building full of character, the apartment was modern with good quality fixtures and parking. Exceptionally clean and equipped for our needs (3 night stay). Very accessible to the ferries and other parts of the lake. Excellent views of the lake. Sitting on the balcony having breakfast in the morning sunshine was amazing watching the people and the ferries coming in and out. Lovely safe walk to Villa Carlotta and Tremezzo and its restaurants. Fabulous restaurant attached to the building definitely worth visiting.
