The only thing you now and then hear is birds and horses !! And then the hosts Silvia and Enrico, they know how to let you feel welcome!! Staff is very gentle and helpful, the accommodation cozy and clean. My 2 children enjoy the garden, the playground and the swimming pool. Casually, in the same period there was a Summer camp for kids at Villa Finetti, so they joined it and have much fun. In the meantime, we could do smart working surrounded by nature. Situated in a gorgeous valley nearby Gubbio, the hills and the views from the facility are breathtaking. The green areas and gardens on the site are well organised and offer plenty of space to find peace and quiet and shade on hot days. The pool and sun loungers area are no longer brand new but still functional and very convenient on summer days. We were some way away from the main buildings and surrounded by fields and hills. Nice breakfast and lovely host ( & her Dad!). With the site being a few miles away from Gubbio, it was really useful that the site had its own restaurant with nice local produce, but also of course that the accommodation had its own kitchen.
