The setting and view are simply amazing. If you love nature; then this place has it all: fantastic views, setting amongst walking routes and wild life such as boars that pass close to the house. The house is beatifully decorated and has all the luxury you need such as airco, fridge, fully equipped kitchen. We can’t wait to come back once the pool has been built!

We loved Procchio! The views were superb, everything was clean and the atmosphere was nice. The friendliness of locals in also in the restaurants surprised us very positively. A nice place to visit again! And if we will go back there we definitely will stay at the Hotel Villa VillaColle! The rooms were exceptionally artistic, good beds, very clean, modern toilets/showers and the whole house looked inviting already from the yard.

    We had a perfect short vacation in the off season period! The house is small, but the covered terrase is very spaceous and it counts as a living space (we spent half of the time on the terrase, even if it was the beginning of November). We extremely liked the big garden around the house with the fence, so we could leave our dog to sniff around. Owners are very friendly and they provide all the necessary small details that you need the first days, like coffee, sugar, salt ...

    We spent a super week at this apartment hotel with my family of four adults.. Everything was perfect but we loved the terrace best with the fantastic view of the sea. The closest beach was 10-15-minute walk. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything. We wanted to stay longer - unfortunately had to leave but definitely want to go back again.

    I had an amazing time on Elba. Francesca ( the host of the Appartement there ) was such a lovely person she tried everything she could to help us for many things beside the booking, gave me advice's and was such a kind person that it made the whole holiday a very very beautiful experience. Again I want to thank her very very much she is an amazing person very lovely she was always reachable even at later times or of the day and I hope you understand how good of an employee you have here you should keep her forever ♥️
