Location was a little further from the airport but it was still close & easy to get too via bus! Bus ride was cheap too 1.30/person Could see the ocean from our room window, location is very close to the beach

We arrived at midnight. You were informed about your late arrival. I was met and escorted by Edoardo (thank you!). The apartment has everything! In the morning you can drink coffee on the open balcony, with a beautiful view of the city! 3-5 minutes to the station. The train to the Basilica S. Paolo station takes 35± minutes. Cafes and pizzerias on the next street. 3-5 minutes until carefour. We are very pleased! Thank you! Edoardo was always in touch and helped us, told us everything, thank you!

Everything was great! The apartment is bright, clean, it has all the necessary stuff: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, coffee machine, umbrellas (rain/sun)..Big terrace, two rooms with two bathrooms. Also the hosts left for us some snacks and a bottle of wine as a welcoming present. The location is good, 5 min to the sea, 5 min to the train station, destination to Rome. We were met by Katia, very friendly and nice. She always responded quickly if we needed smth. We are happy that we had chosen this great apartment. Would definetely come back again.

    All was trully fantastic! Accomodation is on the best place, near to everything, but, trains, brach, shops, restaurants... Beautiful terase (I watered the flowers :-)), kitchen well equiped and 2 bathrooms which for 2 ladies it was awesom! Plus donwnstairs is super nice bakery/coffee, we loved it. Also I would recommend this for families. We might come back once if we have time. Thank you for all. Absolutelly cool stay!

    Absolutely fantastic accommodation. Everything went super smooth, we got all the info beforehand, so it was easy to retrieve the keys from the check in office in the city center (btw near main bus station - which is super convenient) and find the apartment. It was more the enjoyable - we had really good time there. All you need is there prepared for you - kitchen, bedroom even bathroom (with washing machine!) . We highly recommend for anyone, if you are staying is Ostia and want to have solid base.

    Excellent clean apartment close to the sea. The apartment has everything you need, from welcome snacks and everything you need for cooking. Special thanks to Patrizia for the pleasant welcome and everything we needed for our cat. Incredibly happy with our vacation. An excellent option for combining a beach holiday and excursions around Rome. I recommend it with all my heart. Especially for those who value relaxation as if they were at home.     Thank you very much for a great stay. Accommodation beautiful, clean. We were completely satisfied. I was positively surprised by the size of the room..it was big. A fridge and coffee were available to us, which was great in the morning. The communication with the owner was perfect, he answered right away, and he was on his vacation. The owner recommended great connections from Rome and to the airport which were very helpful. The owner was very willing and allowed us to check out later than 10 a.m. according to prior agreement.
