Everything! I really recommend this place! It was our 2nd time in Sibenbras and it was as amazing as the 1st time. It’s really beautiful. It has a very nice garden full of lemons and other plants with fruits and vegetables. There is an infinity pool that you can enjoy when it’s hot. While cold, you can go to sauna and enjoy views of the garden or Garda lake. There is enough space to play with children around, so it’s a big plus. Also, the playground is very nearby, so if your child is bored with playing on the grass or in the swimming pool, you can go up few meters to play there. In addition, Gianpaolo is all the time working at the place to make it nicer and comfortable for everyone who comes. It has changed a lot during a year…lots of new plants, a lift etc. The place is very well located. It’s close to the center of Limone, promenade and beach. And at the same time very quiet. Apartments are very nicely designed and finished. All clean and like new! I wish my home looked like that. Moreover, they have everything you need. Including amazing olive oil done by Gianpaolo. You can buy it to take home if you like it. We took few liters every time we were there. Really recommend it! The host, Gianpaolo and his family are super friendly and make your stay so nice that you feel like you stayed at family not at hotel, but at the same time they give you all the space you need to enjoy your stay! We’ve had an amazing breakfast every day. Really worth its price! We recommend it! It has lots of fruits, home made cakes and other pastries, fresh orange juice, good coffee and huge choice of teas, you can get eggs the way you want and you can try different cheeses and hams, salami with some veggies. All very nice quality! I guess everyone can find something there. Plus, the staff working there is super friendly and helpful! Everyone was so nice! And the views to the lake/mountain are amazing. You can sit either outside or inside and enjoy your perfect holidays.

This is paradise. It completely exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect and met the highest standards. The bathroom was marble and the tube on the terrace was the icing on the cake. The breakfast staff did their utmost to make you happy, great omelet and freshly squeezed orange juice, you could feel the freshness in your mouth! Outstanding!!! There is a free hotel shuttle that takes you to Limone sul Garda. We enjoyed a wonderful evening there and went back. What an extraordinary stay! Definitely 5 star luxury! We were completely happy!

The hotel is just great, good rooms, amazong views, you have a have a terrace everywhere you would expect and the views of lake Garda and MonteBaldo are out of this world. The breakfast is gourmet, just excelent with lots of local food to enjoy. It is quite near to the city old center and main atractive of Limone sul Garda. Just amazing, very beautiful Town. I highly recommend this hotel.

    I can absolutely recommend Villa Cliva, if you visit Limone. The place is lovely, quite spacious, totally spotless, the owner works hard everyday to keep it immaculate. The apartment is well equipped from all persective, there is even a private pool and a jacuzzi for guests to enjoy. The accomodation offers balcony with a fabulous view to the lake and mountains. Mattia is a kind person, has plenty of recommendations regarding places to visit! I would surely stay here again, if I come to Limone.

    Location could not have been better. Lake a few minutes walk away. Property is just at the beginning of the pedestrian street with short walk into Limone Village. Narrow road off the main road so no road noise. Apartment was spacious with plenty of room for four people. Loved the large terrace and garden with wonderful uninterrupted views of the lake . Securely fenced car park and garden was excellent for our dog. Very helpful, friendly host family. We hope to stay again next time we holiday in Limone.

    Amazing place to stay in central Limone sul Garda, walkable to all central areas. The accommodations were comfortable, spotless, and had gorgeous views. Carmen and her team were excellent hosts: responsive, accommodating of our requests (including some help with laundry), and they were generous with thoughtful surprise touches! What an amazing stay -- we were sad to leave!

    We loved our stay at Casa Anita,our host Francesco was wonderful, beautiful apartment ,gave us little treats throughout our holiday and a beautiful leaving present.Manuela took us to the parking garage on the morning of departure.We hope to return again, many thanks Francesco.

    Although the room was pretty basic and much as you'd expect from a holiday hotel, the hotel facilities are very very good. It has a good pool with plenty of sunloungers surrounding it, a good bar and restaurant and ample parking. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice on the buffet and even champagne. We only stayed for the one night but would have loved to have stayed longer

    The location was better than expected. I had no idea that Limone sul Garda was so big. The accommodations for 4 people traveling together was excellent. The dinner at the Casa l'andrunel was one of our best in Italy. We were right off the path to shopping, ferry, restaurants and more. My only wish is that we would have had the time to stay longer.

    Lovely location and great accommodation. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast too. We stayed in the suite, which was very spacious and had its own private balcony with a stunning view. The room could get very warm as we kept the windows shut to avoid mosquitoes disturbing our sleep.

    The location, the amenities and also the staff were extremely friendly. Especially Marco, he was absolutely amazing. He went out of his way to make our stay memorable and special. It was my fiancés birthday and he organised something special for us in the room. He honestly made our holiday! I can’t thank him enough. I hope the manager knows what a great asset he is to the hotel.
