Absolutely wonderful and quaint. The bistro that is associated with the rooms offered wonderful food and the prices were very reasonable. The rooms were comfortable and there was a lounge area where we could sit and drink a coffee. Highly recommended.

This hotel provided us with a perfect stay next to the lake, they were kind enough to upgrade our room upon arrival as we had our 9 month old baby with us, the grounds of the hotel are really beautiful and scenic, the staff were all wonderful and because of the limited number of rooms it felt very private. we were interested in doing some hiking in nature and managed to find a couple of lovely paths not far from the hotel, would happily recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Very cozy apartment. Everything was so clean. Chiara is so nice, she met us at time and explained everything. Location is perfect - railway station, shops, restaurants are really close. In few minutes from apartment is you can find lake. I highly recommend it 👌

    Everything was brilliant. The room brilliant, the location brilliant, the breakfast brilliant and the host Adele was even better than brilliant. We had a week staying with Adele and her hospitality was superb, her local knowledge and willingness to help was so useful. Good local restaurants and gelateria and having the rail station a few minutes away almost made a vehicle unnecessary. Cross the road to the beach for a swim ....perfect. We will definitely be back. One of the best holidays ever...

    Magnificent accomodation located on a hill above Mandello. The charming house is a bed and breakfast with apartments in the back and osteria in the front. Everything was clean and tidy. We had an enjoyable stay, quiet and peaceful. The hosts are very kind and welcoming. The food and especially their local produce is top notch. I would definitely recommend spending some time in this beautiful area.

    Accommodation is beyond our expectations. The host has been very polite and always available when needed. The decoration is top notch, every detail has been carefully picked. Complimentary biscuits, breads and jams provided which is unexpected and was also replaced for our second night when asked. First ever stay providing Disney+ and Amazon subscriptions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommending

    We really enjoyed a lot our staying here, the room was very nice, clean , very well equipped for our 11 month old baby, good breakfast , beautiful garden ; Lucia, the host, thought of every detail for making our stay as enjoyable as it can be, she is very kind and helpful person🙏 Also the location is great, it is very close to both train and ferry stations; It was a pity that we didn’t book all the vacation in this location.     We had an amazing stay in this accomodation. Very clean rooms, amazing breakfast with a beautiful View on the lake! Martina is a very friendly and welcoming host. The parking slots are also very good. Be aware that the accomodation is on a hill, which gives you a wonderful view but the walk down to the water takes about 25 min and walking up again can be a bit challenging for elderly people. Anyways we would definitely stay here again!

    Quiet, tranquility and authenticity of the setting made for a wonderful break from the holiday crowds. The staff are amazing, they treat you like family. Ferrucio and the restaurant staff could not have been better, obviously proud of the wonderful food they present. The reception staff go out of their way to make you welcome and to ensure your stay is relaxing and trouble free.
