Signora Luisa is the heart and soul of the beautiful spaces she takes care of. The room is clean and cozy. The bathroom, which you share with other guests (this time we were alone), offers a massage tub. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. This was an exceptional accommodation. The house was stylish and newly renovated, with a lovely terrace belonging to the room: the view of the town would have been perfect, if it did not rain so heavily :-) The room was warm, though, and had everything we needed (kettle, wine glasses, cork screw). And the host was perfectly lovely, too. We will definitely come back to enjoy the view in a better weather.

    The buffet breakfast was good, plenty of choice. The soundproofing was good and needed to be as hotel located right on a highway behind a filling station! It would be OK if it was an airport hotel or if you were passing through on business and needed a comfortable place to stay for the night but not as a holiday hotel. One good thing is fresh water available freely in all the corridors. The staff were helpful and courteous but couldn't make up for our disappointment. I cannot understand why this hotel is so well reviewed.

    Everything was perfect. Clean and modern design room with amazing view. Great and friendly Federica welcomed us with smile. We really enjoyed stay here and I very recommend this place...the best accommodation in Sicily we had!

    This is one of the best stays we have had. The room was spacious and comfortable and the pool area was spectacular with open views across the bay and all facilities that you would need. Quiet at all times which was just what we wanted. With only 6 apartments this place will never feel crowded. The owners have done a fantastic job in renovating the property into an amazing holiday location. We will be back.

    Very friendly staff at the front desk, comfortable accommodations. I didn't have a vehicle, but there looked to be plenty of parking for guests. Good options for breakfast, though it took me a bit to realize I had to request coffee from the person at the counter.

    We were lucky to stay in casa sipione papa. Such a wonderful accommodation! I'm recommending. The host is very friendly. Private parking, the breakfast was served in a lovely bar next to the flat.

    All in all, our stay at La Casa di Toti exceeded our expectation. Although accommodation by itself is pretty basic, experience of being there and spending time with the boys there was precious, helping them to accomplish contact with other people. Supporting institution like that is really something special and ethic. The breakfast consisted of three types of croissants, Nutella, jams and freshly squeezed orange juice. And, of course, getting Gabi's cup of coffee in the morning was the best.
