    Beautiful location with an amazing view of the Umbrian countryside. Nice to have use of the pool, especially in the hot summer months. Choice of sweet or savoury continental style breakfast included, which made the accommodation good value. The owners were very kind, and it was clear they took good care of the properties and the grounds. In the yellow room, the memory foam mattress was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was superb. There was also a fridge, which we weren't expecting, and this was a welcome surprise.

    Just outside Montefalco and easy to walk to. Staff were friendly, respectful, responsive and decent people. Family owned and operated. Best country Agriturismo/Casa Rurale we have stayed in, in Europe.

    This is my second stay at the Villa and hopefully not my last. Excellently located, the villa exudes character. Cosy in winter and airy in summer. The hosts Alessandra and Mauro make you feel at home......and Alessandra's homemade cakes and biscuits are exceptional.

    Excellent choice for a stay in Montefalco. Located right in the centre of the old town. Several very good restaurants just a few steps away. Excellent coffee bar around the corner for breakfast. Free parking at a leisurely ten-minute walk. Many of Umbria’s most beautiful towns and winemakers are just a half hour drive or less away, making Montefalco a very convenient place to stay for several days. Very friendly host.

    A wonderful welcome by Nonna Anna. Her homemade biscotti were delicious. The accomodation was comfortable and suited our 1 night stay. We had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable. Just a short walk uphill from the town of Montefalco. Leonardo gave us tips on visiting nearby Rasiglia which we did and really enjoyed. We highly recommend this lovely agriturismo.

    Barbara who checked me in was amazing. The perfect host. This was the nicest accomodation I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast was also amazing. I highly recommend this to anyone going to Montefalco. I can’t wait to return. I’d give it an 11 out of 10 if I could! Grazie mille!

    Fabio, the owner, was just fabulous! He tried in every way to make our stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as it could possibly be. He was genuinely interested in us and what we wanted from our holiday. We had the choice of rooms on arrival and choose the bigger room with a smaller veranda. The hotel is a little "stuck in the 1980s" in its sense of decor but the room we had was enormous! Breakfast was included and well stocked.

    Our accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The beautiful town of Montefalco is very close by. and many other interesting towns are easily reachable. Luciano and Anna are delightful, and extremely helpful.
