So friendly and helpful with helping us get reservations at restaurants and giving us a map and things to do while we were in Sicily. Federica, Rose and Ernesto were awesome. The accommodations included breakfast, cereal, juice, fruit, pastries and coffee everyday. They had a cleaning service everyday so the place was always very clean. We were so glad to be spending the last 5 days of our Italy and Sicily trip in this one place.
