The room was lovely, very comfortable and clean. There is also a common area with a kitchen (tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge etc), a dining table and a washing machine. The property is very well located in the heart of the old town. It is a stone’s throw from the jetty - a ferry trip to Isola Maggiore is highly recommended. There is also an amazing bakery with the best pastries next door to the property. Mario is very friendly and easy to communicate with, and very kind and accomodating (allowing us to check in much earlier!).

Friendly and helpful staff, they went above and beyond to help us out. They even picked us up at the train station when we couldn't find a taxi. Clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds.

It was a very pleasant stay, with a great individual service. Could not have been better! No question was to much. We stayed for 1 week and we can advice this place to everybody, young, old with or without kids and also very friendly with dogs.

    Everything was perfect, from the accommodation to the food and the host and people from the staff. The pictures also do not do it justice. The view of the lake is spectacular and the room was very clean and spacious. Also the pool was clean and refreshing. The food was also very good and fresh for both the breakfast and dinner. The wine that they produce is also very good. Giulio, the host made sure that we had a great stay and he was always available if we needed something. We are looking forward to coming back.

    Very charming and cozy old- style hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much especially the panoramic view over the lake from the room and restaurant terrace. The owner is very sweet and makes the place feel warm and welcoming.

    Best accommodation in Italy during this trip (out of 7). Wonderful lake view that we could appreciate from the little balcony and from inside as well. Great design. Well located. Comfortable bed and shower. Quiet at night. Very helpful owner. Complimentary pastries from the shop across the road.
