They even really tried to help me get a doctor's appt for my ear pain & made several calls and offered to accompany me to doctor. That's way above and beyond! We really appreciated them. In addition, they clearly put so much care into the accommodations. Lots of little nice touches. And the breakfast they made was spectacular - delicious, beautifully presented.
