It's right on the Via Francigena that we walked. It was very clean and nice inside. The heating worked well, wi-fi was also good. Communication with the owners was fluent. There is a bar/cafe right by the apartment, that is open from early morning. Good place for breakfast.

Authentic Italian apartment located in the centre. Close walking distance to amenities. Great host! A beautiful apartment- a very unique style! Lovely bedrooms which were spacious and very clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay on our walk on the via francigena. I would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful place, extremely clean and the host was super kind. My husband has a gluten intolerance and the host has provided gluten free crackers and bread for breakfast. Perfect for children, lots of space to play but also for adults for a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The hand made jams and cakes were delicious as well as the ham. Great place, I am looking forward to coming back with my family. Thank you

    The host were very welcoming and helpful. We had everything we needed in the accommodation. The freedom to walk around the farm and for the children to enjoy the animals and wildlife was a joy. Great location for day trips to many nearby attractions and places. The pool was a hit after a long hot days of sightseeing

    This was a magical place, beginning from the friendliness of the staff. The welcome from Romi was just awesome as he showed us the whole estate, served some fresh water with lemon, and helped with the luggage. The food by Romi is incredible and so is the hospitality by the owner, Olivia, as well as the whole accommodation. Every details seems to fit and we felt in love with this place and will definitely come back.

    I stayed there while walking in via Francigena and this place had the nicest people during my whole walk to Rome. They really made me felt like I had arrived to home. 😌 As this place is a bit out from the Vetralla, so they made me homemade food and gave me some fresh food from their farm, so I could relax and prepare for the next day. I felt very welcomed. Also the facility is very nice and cozy.

    Amazing accomodations with wonderful hosts. I couldn't believe how kind they were. The house was beautiful, spotless and so airy. My brother and I each had our own rooms and it was right along the via frangencia. Also the living room was all separate and private only for us.

    The Host were extremely warm and helpful. They made a wonderful breakfast and made sure we got off the next day with a drive to the bus stop. Lovely family run B&B with perfect accommodations.

    The place is located in the Italian countryside and provides you a little slice of heaven. It is a very peaceful place with an beautiful setting that is perfect if you want to kick back and enjoy a relaxing time off the beaten path. The owner and the staff are lovely and go above and beyond to make your stay special in every possible way.

    Great stay in amongst the olive trees! Beautiful accommodation and the hosts couldn't have done more to make our stay pleasant. Mamma cooked us a delicious evening meal. Enjoyed a refreshing swim in the sparkling pool, after a hot day on the road.

    Nice place in Lazio, not far from sea, Viterbo with breathtaking Etruscan monument nearby. Easy accessible from main roads, although the last mile is by dust road. hospitality, fresh and homemade breakfast and dinner made our stay unforgettable experience of Lazio vacation.
