Very friendly, thoughtful and helpful service throughout. We stayed in the *special* room with its own sink. It was absolutely lovely. The futons were extremely comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the bamboo tries surrounding the area. The highlight of course were the private onsens. Breakfast was an amazing selection of traditional and western which made my 6 yr old extremely happy. They also had great accommodations for the kids. Special robes and utensils and even kid slippers which was so appreciated. The onsen in our room was just a dream.
