The Hotelis brilliantly located on the edge of the snowfield so truly ski in ski out. Accomodation is very good with a very good breakfast and the restaurant serves “Austrian” dishes in the evening (which are also very good). Close to a number of restaurants and a short walk to two major ski hire companies (which will deliver you skis to the hotel). There is an onsen at the Happo Hotel that residents have free access to. It was spacious, modern, warm, and had every fitting, utensil and item you could need. It was so thoughtfully designed with high quality finishing, it was luxury! The location was amazing, beautiful views of the ranges and surrounded by rice fields (snow covered for us) - it was so picturesque! Close to shops, restaurants and slopes.
