    It was a great way to break up my trip from Tokyo to Osaka, going the northern route through Hokuriku. The hotel itself and the rooms were clean and good quality. And the price was fantastic. The breakfast was also delicious. I'll definitely stay there again. And next time I'll visit the spa next door.

    Location was perfect and check-in process was very easy. Only a short stay with late night check-in and early morning check-out. Room was a good price for what it offered but was a little small. Very easy access to the train station and friendly staff. Still relatively comfortable overall.

    Good hotel in the center of Joetsu. Simple, but clean rooms. Friendly and helpful stuff. parking just few metres from he hotel relatively cheap (700yen per stay).

    Clean and modern hotel situated right near the train station. Staff were friendly, polite and accommodating, even using a translation device when I misunderstood a charge during checkout. The hotel public bath was clean and had outdoor tubs. The provided breakfast was outstanding. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

    Beautiful and big tatami room for the price! We had an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend the curry of the cafe connected to the hotel.

    Excellent small room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Loved the yukatas! Hotel is close to the station and convenience stores. Staff at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Would come back again.

    Breakfast was great. very homey mum's taste, variety of menu. We really enjoyed staying there. The location was ideal. Close to the station. bathhouse, restaurant(ootoya).
