My only grouse is the pillows were not the traditional buck wheat pillows I expected. Meals were served in the room which has a separate sitting and dining area from the bed room. The floor heating in the rooms provides warmth without decreasing humidity. The most comfortable stay I had during my ski trip. The hosts will drop off and pick up guests at the lifts so you can enjoy the Zao mountain.
