The staff members were all friendly and our room was nice and clean. I especially liked very comfy bed and good size bathtub. The breakfast was different in good way and very tasty. And it is very near Mitsui outlet!

The breakfast was amazing with many unique dishes. The asari clam miso soup was perfect. There were numerous little dishes that were unique in the special assortment that came in a “treasure” box. The grilled fish from the region was also a treat! Oh and the dessert was a special sorbet made with brown sugar from Okinawa. The rice was cooked in a special clay pot and the rice was grown in the area which is Chiba prefecture. Yummy! Our dinner was extra special and I recommend that you choose to sit on the counter. The master sushi chef presented us with various sushi explaining each one. It was so special and the chef was so kind and made sure that we enjoyed his creations. What a special and relaxing place to visit. Oh and the private onsen in your room is amazing. The view looking across Tokyo bay was also memorable. It was cloudy when we were there but on a clear day you can see Mt Fuji from your room. This place a a hidden gem!

    I love that the hotel and the hotel room are cleaned and nice. Although it does not have a onsen but each room has a onsen look alike bath room. Love it. This was my 2nd time staying in the hotel. Free parking at the hotel or near by public carpark.

    Fantastically located beside (1) the Mitsui Outlet Park, (2) Aqualine Expressway that connects to Mount Fuji, Yokohama, Haneda Airport, etc., (3) has convenience stores and restaurants around. Great for a driving holiday to Tokyo.

    Nice hospitality!The dinner was delicious staff are very relaxed. I would come stay again! They said I could walk from the Mitsui outlet but it was too far for me. I was luckily found a bus stop,then there’s a limousine bus to go straight to Haneda airport from there. For young folks I think it’s a good location to go shopping and all.

    Great comfortable stay, the staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome. I was delighted to find Southeast Asia cuisine available, after being on the road for a while! Not much to do outside the hotel, but good place for a rest stop or if you're going outlet shopping.

    With four adults and one newborn, this accomodation was perfect. There was enough space for us to have a separate room with the baby and, otherwise, the accomodation was excellently well thought and clean. We would stay there again!

    Good for an overnight stay en route to Mount Nokogiri (Chiba) from Tokyo. Good buffet breakfast, wi-fi included, rooms aren't huge but comfortable for 2 people (includes a small table and fridge). Located on the main road so easy to find; petrol station and convenience store are very close by.
