The rooms were excellently furnished at a fantastic price point. The amenities available were top class and the service from staff was excellent. Definitely a gem hidden in regional Japan. There is even a fantastic common area and sky deck that I don't recall seeing on the listing prior, that only enhances the quality of the space!

It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely our best stay during our trip to Japan. Everything about this place is just exceptional. The room, the food, the onsen, the service, everything was amazing. We had a really memorable stay and felt very sad when we had to leave :( Our favorite part was when the staff explained all the food in front of us during breakfast and dinner, like storytelling. If you're looking for an ultimate ryokan experience, then this is it. We will be back for sure.
