Hotel and surrounds were quiet considering it was close to the road. Our bedroom was super clean as well as the hotel in general. Good selection of food to choose from for Breakfast. Easy check in/out system. Staff were very friendly and super helpful - they posted out our lost property to another hotel in Tokyo free of charge!Guest review bysharonGroup

We were blown away by how big our room was. The staff were so friendly, even if they didn't speak a lot of English, but made the effort to help you where they could. Fantastic location with hot springs and onsen free to use, racing Simulator, amazing staff that's so friendly and gave me treats and fruit when I was working down in the lobby / relaxation area. This hotel was also close to Ebisu Circuit which is where I went everyday for a week. Love this spot and I'm hoping to come back soon.Guest review byElvisSolo traveller
