I stayed in the same chain before and was enjoying my previous experience. This hotel didn't fail to deliver and I had a wonderful stay during my trip. The buffet breakfast was lovely and I was spoiled with options and variety of food. The chefs made food that tasted very home cooking like which reminded me of my mother's cooking. Toiletries were provided for guest to help themselves with. Personal care products such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion were high quality products. They were provided in big bottles which I could use in generous amount. I had a body massage which I enjoyed very much. Friendly and helpful staffs whom I could communicate with basic English and sign language. In summary, a hotel that paid attention to little details that my guest feel very welcomed and home coming.

Really well priced. You can get a ticket for one free onsen visit. It was one of the biggest hotel rooms I've ever seen in Japan.
