I booked my stay 6 mths ahead. Tamakiya's hostess, Yuki, was always prompt to reply and even made timely advise on the day of arrival. The Japanese style room is so inviting and comfortable. The dinner was so good I'm speechless. The wine and sake pairings were fantastic. Soaking in your own hot spring after dinner, while taking in the view is divine. If you have the chance to stay in this area, put yourself in their care.
