Huge and very new, clean and well maintained property. Mount Fuji view in all bedroom, living room and kitchen. Modern interiors with everything you need. Huge tv. Kitchen with all appliances and utensils you need. Even hot pots. Outdoor sheltered BBQ area. 4 rooms. Large living room. 24h built in Onsen. Beds are comfortable. Location is good. Near the lake with swans and Mount Fiji view. Near a convenient shop by car. Staff were super friendly and polite. Would stay there again.

I am really enjoy staying here for 2 nights. The host couple are very friendly. They also provide me information about yamanakako and kawaguchiko. Due to their information, I took a right route to see Mt. Fuji many times in cloudy and rainning days~ I rented their bike to cycle around the lake and go to Osinohasai.

Everything! The hospitality of the owners was probably what makes this place so special. The room was cosy, comfortable, with Netflix on the tv! The private onsen (indoor and outdoor) were the cherry on top! You get free breakfast, free bikes and massage chairs. You can also do your laundry for free. The place is 3min from the lake, the location is beautiful and if I could give more stars, I would!

For people who have dog this is heaven! Very nice place and all facilities and staff are very friendly to dogs. We had two wonderful nights here. Rooftop view (blue floor with WAN’s Resort print) is second to none!

The location was amazing! Tucked into a little side street but walking distance to the lake and all the things around it. The view was amazing and unobstructed from room D. Loved the space and the tent itself was large with a great big bed made up of 4 singles! The spa/ cold/ sauna was great and the cooking facilities in the room - bbq, microwave etc would be great if you came for a week long stay with friends. We didn’t use it but the fire pit at night when it’s a bit cooler weather would also make for a nice stay.

    It was perfect for our stay. Even tough it rained the whole time we were able to rent out the bikes and cruise along the lake and make a good use of the hot bath afterwards. It is run by a family. The mom even cared to prepare me breakfast without fish and meat🙏.

    Really nice place where I would love to go back in spring or autumn as it's really relaxing with an amazing garden. Looks very suitable for a calm and quiet stay for a family with kids. The private onsen was great 👍 The bed was one of the most comfy we had in japan

    Hosts were very warm and welcoming and made an effort to properly introduce us to the accomodation, despite us not speaking the same languages. They were kind enough to look after our bags before and after our check in times and the stay itself was very cosy and comfortable. Everything was very clean and organised, and we felt very safe.

    I stayed in the twin room with private ensuite. It was very clean and spacious. Our host was so lovely and generous. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. I would stay there again in the future. The accomodation is in a quiet street and is an easy, 10 minute walk to the shops, major bus station and the Swan Lake Pleasure Cruise. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you
