The lady owner and staff are very helpful and friendly. Though they don’t speak English, they use google translate and do their best to make a comfortable stay. We had dinner and breakfast and it was yummy authentic Chinese cuisine. They even dropped us off for free at Snow monkey park and we had a great walk back to the accommodation afterwards. The property is very well maintained and offers the quintessential ski in and out experience in the traditional Japanese style. The breakfasts and dinners are extensive and abundant, as is the menu at the in-house cafe. The equipment hire shop offers great gear at value rates.
